YAM LEADERSHIP

	Tatjana Krause	YAM Director for IHM Tatjana assumed the leadership of IHM's YAM in January 2005. She is a native of Germany and an IHM parishioner since 2004. Currently, Tatjana is a student.
	Teresa Aluku	YAM Rep to Education Board; Brunch/Lunch Coordinator Teresa is a native of Kenya. She is also Eucharistic Minister and Sunday School teacher at IHM.

Consider sharing your time talents with others at IHM. Some of IHM YAM's valuable and most active members have recently moved or are planning to move out of the area. IHM YAM needs your help and support to continue our ministry! The estimated time commitment is as little as 1-2 hours a month (maximum 4-5 hours per month depending on what you do).

IHM YAM is specifically recruiting for people to help with the following.

1) Small Faith Group - we need one or more people with a passion to share and expand their faith by heading our faith sharing group. We had a young adult group for the Advent 2005 and Lent 2006 seasons of "Why Catholic?". We are looking for one or more people to help lead a similar for the Advent 2006 season. The series was ready-to-go and did not take a lot of preparation time.

2) Event volunteers - we need people to help plan and host events. This is easy and does not involve a lot of work.

3) Steering Committee volunteers - we need people to help plan for the future and represent the ministry. Do you have leadership skills? Do you want to develop leadership skills? This is an easy and fun way to meet others in IHM YAM and at IHM.
